| Intricately carved in Persia (Iran) approximately 1950. Revival piece remenicent of Qajar era, the revival of this style of art occured under the rule of Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi. It measures 22" tall by 6.5" in diameter, and weighs 2.5 pounds before packing. Lit incense is dropped into the top and allowed to burn, with the smoke filtering through the piercings. This would make an excellent lamp conversion. | ||
