| This unique pot has amazing detail and texture to it's carved Persian design. The floral trefoil design across the belly is a typical Persian theme popular during the Qajar (Victorian) period. There is also a floral band near the top, and the bottom is ringed in spade like semi-medallions. This amazing 19th century pot is free of dents, but does have a uniformly "bumpy' feeling to it. The opening is slightly off round, which is detected by feel. only. Measuring 8.5" across, by 4" tall, it weighs 1 1/2 pounds before packing. | ||
