| This brass Syrian inlaid pot has been crafted in a traditional Mamluk design. Three of the sides contain Islamic script cartouches, which alternate with three quatrefoil medallions. All of this is accented with inlays of silver and copper. Measuring 4"high, by 5" across the bottom, and weighing nearly 1 1/4 pounds, this piece is surprisingly heavy, and is estimated to be 90-110 years old. | ||
