| Syrian brass pierced incense burner made about 1920. The onion dome top features four pierced cartouches alternating with pierced diamond semi medallions. It is topped with a crescent moon finial. This shape is popular throughout Middle Eastern countries. It can be used for cone or resin incense. The base is banded by a simple chain of etched trefoil designs. This piece measures 8" tall by 4 1/2" across, and weighs 3/4 of a pound. | ||
