Enamel flask shaped cigar lamp encircled by four foliate floral themed tri-lobed medallions. I believe it is Russian. The geometry of the design has some Deco elements. The enamel is in excellent condition with a small amount of wear on the lid. The reservoir and wick holder are missing. It has a plate of lead soldered to the bottom to add weight and stability.
It measures 7" tall by 3.5" across and weighs 13 ounces.
