Brass pitcher from India featuring Hindu dancers with an elaborate dragon handle. The base and neck feature acanthus leaves. Overall, there is a floral design with Hindu dancers and dogs interspersed with vines intersecting. The cast handle features an extremely ornate dragon design. The pitcher measures 10.5" tall by 4.5" in diameter with a spread of 7" from handle to spout. It weighs nearly a pound and a half.

This Kashmir candle holder is meticulously hand carved. Heavily patinated, this particular candleholder has some amazingly fine foliate detail featuring flowers and leaves, With a twelve lobed foliate base, a vining stem, a heavily detailed spouted bowl with a serpent handle. A white medium has been worked into the recesses for contrast. It is in excellent condition, Measuring 9" tall, and 4.5" across. Weighing slightly under a pound this is far more solid and substantial than usual for Kashmir copper work from this period. This is estimated to be made in Kashmir 100 to 150 years ago.

Very fine silver gilt Lucknow Mughal Indian enamel candle holders. Silver body with a luminous champleve enamel known as 'Meenakari' in the classic peacock blue, green , and pink ombre' pallet with several other color details including turquoise and gold. The bases are exceptional with ombre' flowers with centers set in fine tourmaline cabachons. The crispness and detail of the carving and enamel on this is exceptional. The interior is silver as is the engraved bottom. Very good condition with minor age dings to the flower petal edges. These charming candle sticks measure 2" tall by 3" across and weighs 6 oz.

This 19th century brass Mughal oil lamp has 3 fonts embellished with tigers. There are peacocks and foliate designs etched across the belly of the lamp. It unscrews above the fonts for refilling the oil. The chain and hook are hand made. It measures 12.5" high, and 4.5" across the belly, and 6" at it widest spread of fonts, and weighs nearly 3.5 pounds.

Anglo Indian ammunition box used for storing bullets (cartridges). Measure 4" X 5" by 1.5" and weighs about a pound. Mid to late 19th century. Lions gracing the urn appear to be a crest of some sort. It shows a little wear and has very attractive embellishments.

Meticulously hand carved Kashmiri Tea Dump. Lightly patinated, This particular Pot has some amazingly fine foliate detail featuring paisley snakes. The opening of the caged area has a pair of peacocks on either side. It is in very good condition. Measuring 8.5" tall, and 6" in diameter, and weighing one and a quarter pounds before packing, this is far more solid and substantial than usual for Kashmir brass work from this period. I'm told that coals would be loaded into the pot, and a cord would be attached to the loop, and it would be worn to help the wearer stay warm. This is estimated to be made in Kashmir 100 to 150 years ago.
